Phoenixville Area School District will complete additions and renovations at the existing East Pikeland Elementary School with the goal of consolidating the existing grades 1-5 population of approximately 350 students with the 350 student Kindergarten Center presently located at another District property. SGA utilized a Public Planning Process to determine requirements for the project. The project will include renovations to 10,087 SF of existing space as well as an addition of approximately 100,000 SF. Sustainable features and materials will be included as part of the project.
