The project shown was completed by a principal of SGA while employed by another firm.  Project Archtiect:  David McIlnay.  Architect of Record:  Office for Planning and Architecture.

This 25,000 SF adaptive reuse project is a high performance building design both in building envelope and mechanical systems.  Intended as a signature building for this phase of campus expansion, the design enhances the educational environment and reduces life cycle costs to increase core educational budgets.  Important program elements include administrative faculty offices, student commons, community room, smart classrooms, and computer/math labs with a digital teaching environment utilizing state of the art IT technologies and internet connectivity.
