Construction complete September 2007
SGA provided consulting services to L. Robert Kimball & Associates, West Chester, PA, for the programming, planning, conceptual and schematic design of a new 40,000 SF facility housing all York County 9-1-1, Emergency Management and Emergency Operations Center functions. Constructed on County property, the facility is fully hardened with complete redundant systems and also includes a 13,500 SF garage for emergency management vehicles.
