Architectural Project Manager with ten to fifteen years of experience to work in either our Philadelphia or Lancaster Offices– the individual that will fill this role has a broad range of experience in the design and construction of public bid facilities, is able to function in multiple roles, and has a strong willingness and desire to be involved in all aspects of project design and construction. Client and consultant interaction is a key component for the successful candidate. Your day-to-day duties will touch on nearly every aspect of design office operations: project management, document production, staff oversight, business development, constant client interaction, and contract administration. You must be knowledgeable, versatile, and willing to participate in the long-term growth, development and success of SCHRADERGROUP.

- Must possess Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Must be a licensed professional (AIA) with a minimum of 10 years of experience engaged in the duties listed above.
- Must have a working knowledge of modern production software (REVIT, Word, Excel, BlueBeam, etc.).
- Must have exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must be able to sketch and draw to convey ideas and concepts to those with whom you’ll work.
- Must be available to travel. While most of our work is regional, occasional overnight travel maybe required.
Project Architect with five to ten years of experience to work in our Philadelphia, Lancaster, and Pittsburgh offices – we are seeking a new team member who is a self-starter, communicates well, desires involvement in all aspects of project design and construction, and can manage a team of designers and consultants. Your day-to-day duties will touch on many aspects of design office operations: developing design concepts, producing construction documents, interacting with clients and consultants, and contract administration. You must be organized, versatile, and an active participant in our firm.

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Understanding of building materials and their use and application in building design.
- Proficiency in REVIT with a working knowledge of BlueBeam, Word, Excel, and Photoshop.
- Ability to sketch and draw to convey ideas and concepts to those with whom you’ll work.
- Professional Licensure preferred but not required.
The successful Construction Administrator candidate will have ten to fifteen years of experience working on public bid, multi-prime-contract facilities. Your two primary responsibilities are 1) construction administration of multiple, simultaneous building projects from construction kick-off through to final project closeout, and 2) performing in-house quality assurance/control reviews of construction documents for constructability and coordination purposes. You must possess a thorough technical knowledge of building design and construction, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and be able to interact well with clients and consultants. We are searching for someone who is knowledgeable, versatile, and willing to participate in the long-term growth, development and success of our firm.

- Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering with a Structural Emphasis.
- Understanding of building materials and their use and application in building design.
- Thorough working knowledge of REVIT and either RAM or RISA design software.
- Majority of work experience in commercial building design, preferably in the educational, municipal, and/or public safety sectors.

- A bachelor's degree with a background in Interior Design or Architecture and FF&E Selection
- Solid understanding of building materials and their use and application in interior design
- Working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Word, Excel, and Photoshop
- Knowledge of applicable building codes and universal design concepts (ADA)
- Experience with all phases of the design process including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction administration on various projects
- Confident, self-starter who can work well with minimum supervision
- Strong attention to detail in composing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, scheduling and meeting deadlines
- Ability to form and maintain professional relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
