Architectural Project Manager with ten to fifteen years of experience to work in either our Philadelphia or Lancaster Offices– the individual that will fill this role has a broad range of experience in the design and construction of public bid facilities, is able to function in multiple roles, and has a strong willingness and desire to be involved in all aspects of project design and construction. Client and consultant interaction is a key component for the successful candidate. Your day-to-day duties will touch on nearly every aspect of design office operations: project management, document production, staff oversight, business development, constant client interaction, and contract administration. • Must possess Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Must be a licensed professional (AIA) with a minimum of 10 years of experience engaged in the duties listed above.
• Must have a working knowledge of modern production software (REVIT, Word, Excel, BlueBeam, etc.).

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Understanding of building materials and their use and application in building design.
• Proficiency in REVIT with a working knowledge of BlueBeam, Word, Excel, and Photoshop.

• Professional Licensure preferred but not required.

The successful Construction Administrator candidate will have ten to fifteen years of experience working on public bid, multi-prime-contract facilities. Your two primary responsibilities are 1) construction administration of multiple, simultaneous building projects from construction kick-off through to final project closeout, and 2) performing in-house quality assurance/control reviews of construction documents for constructability and coordination purposes. You must possess a thorough technical knowledge of building design and construction, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and be able to interact well with clients and consultants. • Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering with a Structural Emphasis.
• Understanding of building materials and their use and application in building design.
• Thorough working knowledge of REVIT and either RAM or RISA design software.
• Majority of work experience in commercial building design, preferably in the educational, municipal, and/or public safety sectors.

• A bachelor's degree with a background in Interior Design or Architecture and FF&E Selection
• Solid understanding of building materials and their use and application in interior design

• Knowledge of applicable building codes and universal design concepts (ADA)
