Goodnoe Elementary School, Council Rock School District
SG completed additions and renovations to the existing Goodnoe Elementary School originally built in the 1963 followed by an addition with renovation in 1988. The project included approximately 16,000 SF in additions as well as full HVAC, electrical and interior renovations to the existing 81,244 SF structure. Educational design focuses on core “Learning Resource” areas and on improved quality of instructional space throughout the building. School building entry and administrative areas were reconfigured for secure and identifiable student access. Site improvements included increased parking for staff and visitors along with clearly defined bus and vehicular traffic routes.
